WHAT WE DO
Your kitchen extraction system is designed to get rid of the build up of heat, steam and grease. It is essential that a regular clean up of that system is maintained to reduce the risk of fire and contamination and that you are compliant with Health regulations whilst upholding good hygienic standards.
Your insurance company might reduce the premium or excess with proof of systematic maintenance and cleaning.
If cleaning and maintenance has not been regularly done and there is a fire, the insurance may refuse to pay out.
We measure the Airflow of your system and also offer a repair facility for filters using our exchange program to minimize downtime.
We issue a Certificate on the completion of each Clean and follow up with a report on relevant conditions. Dependent on the kitchen usage, we would effect a Clean every six months or quarterly. Heavy continuous operations require a clean and service every 3/4 months.
We also offer a Deep Clean Service of an exceptionally high standard. Our Deep Clean Service is extremely thorough and includes pressure cleaning and a steam application.
Upon completion of each Extractor service and clean we fully sanitise all surfaces, worktops and sinks where we have been cleaning.
Our Sanitising services may also require the application of Short Wave UV.
